Project launch „Virtual treatment room - stroke“

mbits receives notification of funding from federal ministry of education and research.

The starting signal has been given - the project "Virtual Treatment Room for Holistic Stroke Care" has opened. Together with the University Hospital Freiburg, mbits has received the grant for this important project.

With 270,000 patients per year, stroke is one of the most cost-intensive diseases in the German healthcare system. Despite the pandemic, the right therapy decision needs to be made quickly.

A "virtual treatment room" enables mobile documentation right from the start - from the time the emergency call is placed to the completion of treatment in the hospital. It not only facilitates communication between the control center, ambulance service and physicians, but also enables fast, individualized care through evidence-based decision support tools!

We are looking forward to the project and the cooperation with our partners!
