We are very happy to welcome four new employees in our ranks. The new colleagues strengthen our team with their expertise in different areas.
In July, Luisa Kurth joined our team and has been enhancing our software development since then. Her journey took her through several big cities before she came to Heidelberg. Born in Cologne, she completed her computer science studies in Berlin. During her studies, she also gained valuable experiences in Vienna. Throughout her studies, she increasingly focused on the fields of image processing and health informatics, gaining insights into the "Digital Pathology" at Charité Berlin. During her thesis, she worked on software for the automatic evaluation of a breast cancer tumor marker in histological microscope images.
Since last month, Maribell Freiin Grote has been enriching our Sales Team. Originally from Freiburg, she completed a dual degree in business administration in Heidelberg. After her studies, she decided to train in the emergency rescue service to gain a deeper insight into the healthcare sector. Since then, she has worked in emergency rescue. In this role, she came into daily contact with the topic of stroke and its treatment, acquiring comprehensive knowledge and optimization potential in this field. With her experience and dedication, she will actively support our Sales Team.
Furthermore, we are pleased to welcome two new students to our team. Sarah Baumbusch and Janina Dörflinger have joined us for an internship as part of their studies and will actively support the team over the next six months. Their focus is on the research project mWound, which deals with the digitization of wound documentation, as well as 3D measurement and attribution.
We are excited about the addition to our team, the fresh energy in the office, and we wish the new colleagues a successful start. We look forward to working them!
