mbits supports conference of VUD
We will be at the Spring Forum in Berlin on 09.04.
"Artificial intelligence in medicine - already practicable or still dreams of the future?" This question will be answered at Frühjahrsforum der Deutschen Hochschuldeizin e.V. mbits supports the conference of the Verband der Universitätsklinika Deutschlands (VUD), which takes place on April 9, 2019 at the Hotel Pullmann, Berlin Schweizerhof. We will be there with our own booth and are looking forward to many visitors.
mRay now available for MacOS
Available as desktop application for Apple devices for the first time.
mRay is known for compatibility with almost any operating system. The app runs as smoothly on iOS as it does on Android or Windows systems. All the more we are happy that with the desktop application for Apple devices we could now close a last gap in the compatibility with all common operating systems. mRay is available for MacOS for the first time. The current version can be found in Appstore.
mRay 5.7 is there
We are happy to announce the release of mRay 5.7 The new version of our app allows the display of reference lines for the first time, which can also be displayed with precalculated construction. In addition, we have improved the chat function significantly. In the Messenger you can now share images from your own gallery.
Larger thumbnails and scroll bars in the inbox provide a better overview and faster access to the data set.
The update is now available for all systems (iOS, Android, Windows) in the AppStore and at Google Play. A current desktop version can be found under the following link: https://mbits.info/downloads/mray.
mbits goes science
The HoloMed project is the subject of a scientific publication and topic in the design journal PAGE
The joint project HoloMed, in which mbits plays a major role, is the subject of a scientific paper entitled "Augmented Reality Assisted Ventricular Puncture with Marker-Based Scene Registration" (Christian Kunz, Michal Hlavac, Max Schneider, Dominik Zenth, Christian Pylatiuk, Björn Hein). The results will be presented at the international conference CARS 2019 in Rennes. Specifically, the focus will be on marker tracking, which has been evaluated for its clinical suitability. The design journal PAGE has also taken a closer look at the HoloLens application for "Augmented Reality in the Operating Room" as part of a comprehensive report on voice, gaze and gesture control. The detailed article was published in issue #369 02/2019.
